Bradley Lay
Partner
Bradley Lay is Co-Founder of Peak Capital Group and a seasoned operator across finance and construction. He leads a UK-based family office and oversees strategic acquisitions across the UK and EU construction sectors, bringing direct execution experience rather than advisory perspective.
Having begun his career at Morgan Stanley before serving as Group CFO of a construction business scaled from £12 million to over £150 million in revenue, Bradley understands what drives real growth and successful exits. He founded Peak Capital with John F. Kettley to provide owners with a clear, disciplined route to a full exit, built on speed, confidentiality and operational certainty, without the bureaucracy of traditional buyers.
John F. Kettley
Partner
John Kettley is a lifelong entrepreneur with over four decades of experience founding, scaling and exiting SME businesses. His career has been built at the operational level, giving him a practical understanding of what drives value creation and what prevents businesses from achieving a successful exit.
As a turnaround specialist and investor, John brings a clear-eyed perspective developed through repeated transactions across multiple cycles. Having sold numerous businesses himself, he understands the realities and complexities owners face, particularly where growth has plateaued. This experience underpins his ability to identify latent value within businesses and to guide them through disciplined transformation and exit preparation.
